Old Schoolhouse Brewery
In 1986, in a small community in Nashua, New Hampshire, brothers Nathan and Jacob Young met Troy Anderson and began a strong friendship. They have jointly shared in many of life’s experiences, including attending university together, and forming a small group of men who meet regularly with the goal of furthering their relationships as friends, husbands and fathers. Jacob and Troy have coached high school track together. Nathan and Troy have worked at Microsoft together. Jacob and Nathan have worked extensively in restaurants and bars. Each innately connects with the outdoors, and have a shared desire to help those around them enjoy shared experiences.
Old Schoolhouse Brewery is perched in the heart of a remarkably special place. This family-friendly, riverside brewery and gastropub serves a plethora of award-winning beers that perfectly complement the deliciously prepared local food. Nestled in the foothills of the Cascades, this destination brewery is a gem of a discovery in every season. OSB regularly features live music and are proud to be the thriving heartbeat of the Methow Valley.
At OSB, our focus is on quality ingredients—the choicest hops, perfectly malted grains, and our famously delicious unfiltered, North Cascades water, all overseen by our remarkably talented Head Brewer, Kyle Koger. At OSB, we are more than just about the beer. We bring the community together, so authentic connections can be made. Come discover for yourself! We can’t wait to get to know you. Cheers!
In addition to such standbys as Ruud Awakening IPA, and local’s favorite, Epiphany Pale, look for their very popular, limited release “Rule Breaker IPA” series, and their Brewer’s Reserve lineup of beers. Check for our next Trailbreaker IPA, the beer that gives back to the Methow Chapter of the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance and Methow Trails. Drink Beer. Do Good!
