Janet Fagan’s small works are mixed media celebrations of the Methow Valley. Each painting is a window into the feelings and memories of moving through the mountains, fields and woodlands of these lands. Janet Fagan created Upcycle Jewelry in response to friends asking her to make what she was wearing for them too.  These earrings, necklaces and cuffs start with used bike inner tubes transformed, patches and all into wearable art.
