Booth Canyon Orchard
Stina Booth and John Richardson have been carrying on the Methow tradition of growing fabulous apples and pears in Carlton since 1995. They grow over 50 varieties, each with charismatic flavors. In 2019 they started making dry, aged cider from all their fruit. Making traditional ciders is a lot like farming— living yeast is individual, temperamental, sometimes forgiving. Our ciders start and finish with what they grow, so it tastes like their orchard; unique, dry, complex layered flavors, with natural sparkle. It is a great adventure discovering the processes that allow their unique fruit flavor to explode from the bottle.
Booth Canyon Orchard ciders are available at Methow Valley Goods, and at stores and restaurants throughout the Methow Valley.
